This velvety well balanced Chardonnay was made with grapes from Sonoma. It was made with primary fermentation carried out in French oak barrels. It then went through a natural malolatic fermentation to add softness and stability. It was aged on the lees for 14 months and bottled unfiltered. It has aromas of meyer lemon, nectarine, green apple skin and jasmine and flavors of yellow plum, peach, tangerine with a subtle toast. It is an elegant and richly textured wine heightened by bright acidity and savory minerality. Great with seafood, buttery sauces or on it's own!
This crisp Sauvignon Blanc was made with grapes from Sonoma's Russian River Valley. It was aged 2/3 in oak and 1/3 in stainless steel for four months.
